Una grande emozione.
Non c’è forse migliore descrizione di questa per trasmettere la soddisfazione provata nel ritrovarsi tutti riuniti
in occasione della nostra ottava Convention.
Desidero ringraziare tutti voi per essere intervenuti così numerosi, giunti da tutta Italia per condividere i risultati
ottenuti e per guardare insieme al futuro, proprio come una grande squadra. Oltre 300, tutti insieme, ci siamo fatti
un meritato applauso, perché la crescita registrata è stata tale da spingerci a costruire un nuovo Hub, a Bologna,
a distanza di un solo anno dall’inaugurazione di quello attualmente in esercizio.
Siamo passati da 6 a 25 soci, rendendo ancora più solida la compagine societaria, ma ci siamo rafforzati anche
in termini di servizi, con una nuova App che consentirà di ottimizzare tragitti e consegne, per essere ancora
più performanti.
Tanti si sono distinti per la Qualità offerta nel corso del 2015 e la Convention è stata l’occasione per farli salire
sul palco e ricevere il giusto riconoscimento per il loro impegno e per le performance raggiunte.
La Nostra giornata, perché così mi piace definirla, ci ha offerto anche l’opportunità di presentarvi il nostro giornale,
un altro strumento con cui rimanere sempre informati sulle novità del Network e che parlerà anche di voi in tutta
Italia e persino in Europa, grazie ad ALLNET.
Quanto vi abbiamo illustrato è stato il nostro modo per testimoniarvi quanti progressi abbiamo fatto con il contributo
di tutti Voi, grazie ad un lavoro quotidiano svolto con dedizione e Qualità. Proprio la Qualità offerta alla Clientela,
infatti, ci ha permesso di diventare in così pochi anni il primo pallet Network in Italia e punto di riferimento anche
per i nostri partner oltre confine.
Le prospettive per il futuro si presentano positive, ma proprio la consapevolezza di essere un grande Gruppo deve
guidarci sul nostro cammino con sicurezza e sempre più determinazione.
Vi ringrazio, perché vedervi tutti insieme è stato qualcosa di entusiasmante, il segno concreto di come un sogno
possa diventare una solida realtà.

There is perhaps no better way to describe the satisfaction felt by each of us, as we gathered together our eighth
yearly Convention.
I would like to thank all of you for coming from all over Italy - and in such great number - to celebrate our achievements
and to look at the future, as an extended Team. We were over 300 and each of us has earned a mighty pat
on the back - our recent rate of growth has been phenomenal, and has allowed us to build a new Hub, in Bologna,
only a year after we opened the current location.
Our Team of shareholders has grown from 6 to 25, further consolidating the structure of the Company, as well
as strengthening our offering with regard to our services, with a new App that will allow users to optimise routes
and deliveries, for even greater levels of performance.
So many of our Team really shone during the course of 2015 for the Quality of their work, and the Convention
was the perfect opportunity to welcome them to the stage, giving them due recognition for their efforts
and their achievements.
“Our day“- as I like to call it - also gave us the chance to introduce our new magazine, another tool to help
all of us to stay up to date with the news across the Network, as well as sharing stories about our staff across Italy
- and Europe too, thanks to ALLNET.
All the figures and the achievements we shared at the Convention were our way to demonstrate how far we went
with your valuable contribution, and your daily commitment to Quality. And indeed, it is precisely our Quality
that has allowed us to become the leading pallet network in Italy over the course of just a few years, and a point
of reference for our partners outside of Italy.
Our prospects for the future are positive, but above all, the knowledge that we are such a strong Group should guide
us on our path, helping to build even greater confidence and determination.
I would like to give you my heartfelt thanks - seeing all of you together has been truly inspiring, and is concrete
evidence of how a dream can be transformed into reality.
